SEME Awarded Contract for State Architect's Board
Friday, 06 June 2008 18:17

SEME is developing branding and a new statewide education and outreach program for the Alabama Board for Registration of Architects. The Board’s mission is to protect and promote the health, safety, and welfare of the public as it relates to the practice of architecture in the State of Alabama.

“SEME is excited to play a significant role in the development of this important educational and outreach program,” says SEME’s Bob Fowler. “Alabama law requires the use of registered professional architects on all commercial projects within the state. They do this to protect its citizens from injury or even death caused by improper design from unqualified individuals.”

The campaign will alert targeted markets as well as the general public to the risks of violating this law. In addition to branding and packaging the board, SEME will develop a number of communication components including video, web video, web-based newsletter, brochure series, postcard series, PowerPoint presentations and an Annual Report.
