Effectively communicating the value of new concrete pavement on the 10.8 stretch of I-59, north of Gadsden, is the problem that the American Concrete Pavement Association brought to SEME Resources. SEME felt strongly that they could help ACPA with this dilemma.
The answer…look to SEME’s Marketing/Communications 8.0 process to develop a plan that will ensure success. Out of the planning process, came the “Road to Success” and a unique sponsorship program introduced by SEME to maximize interest in the project.
By beginning with a well thought out plan, ACPA team members have been able to focus their activities and their limited dollars invested in the process. They also have a tool that allows them to measure the results of their efforts.
