Assignment

Create nomenclature, identity, and a marketing package for an upscale Gulf Coast condominium development using preliminary architectural drawings and the vision of the developer. Total package included the development of renderings, promotional print materials, site signage, direct mail materials, and website development.

Target Markets

Coastal real estate agents, investors, business owners, existing Gulf Coast vacation property owners, and targeted upscale markets within four and a half-hours driving distance.

Project Constraints

Take project to market prior to the initial phase of development creating sufficient commitments to justify moving forward with the project.

Results

A coordinated communications package that enabled the developer to achieve property reservations in excess of what was needed to secure financing and proceed with construction for Phase I.
