The Jefferson County Department of Environmental Services had a dilemma: The agency needed to explain a new grease control ordinance to the public. A video production, shown during a public hearing, would let the audience see firsthand why tighter regulations were needed. The problem? The session was less than two weeks away.

To honor a long-time client, Ready Mix USA commissioned this industrial video to capture Shirley Concrete’s effort to break a world record for pouring curbs and gutters in a new subdivision. The finished video piece was presented to the client on DVD with a companion hardbound glossy photo book.
